Dr Benjamin Cooke, organist and composer, is buried in the west cloister, together with his wife and ten children and his mother in law Mary.

In the west cloister is a white marble monument and bust to the memory of lawyer Arthur O'Keeffe. It was erected in the late 1750s.

Sir Winston Churchill is not buried in Westminster Abbey but just inside, near the grave of the Unknown Warrior, is a green marble memorial stone.

Charles' coronation took place on 23rd April 1661. He was buried in the Abbey on 14th February 1685 in a vault in Henry VII's chapel.

Nicholas Litlyngton, Abbot of Westminster, was buried in St Blaise’s chapel (part of what is now Poets' Corner). The Missal he gave to the Abbey can be seen in the new Galleries display.

In St Margaret's church are two memorials to the Atwood family. The Reverend Thomas Atwood and his wife have a tablet on the south wall.

In the north choir aisle of Westminster Abbey is a cartouche near the grave of Charles Williams. Sir Charles Hanbury-Williams is also buried here.

The Reverend Dr. Samuel Smith was a prebendary (clergyman) of Westminster Abbey 1787-1808 and Head Master of Westminster School 1764-1788.
